Undergraduate enrolment

Enrolment is your official acceptance of a place at Curtin. Once you have enrolled or made changes to your enrolment, you can use the timetable planner tool to register in your classes or you can go straight to registering in your classes.

1. Enrolment information

Appointment time
All undergraduate students currently studying the Bachelor of Commerce or the Bachelor of Business Administration on the Bentley campus will receive an Official Communication Channel (OCC) message via Oasis (the Curtin student portal). This will have details of an appointment time to enrol for Semesters 1 and 2 2008.

If you have not received your appointment time on Oasis, please contact CBS Student Services by telephone: +61 8 9266 7713.

Enrolment advice details
Check the enrolment advice details:

  1. Login to Oasis
  2. Click on the ‘My Record’ link at the top of the page
  3. Click on the ‘eStudent’ link on the left
  4. Click on ‘Enrolment & Study Plans’ and the menu will expand, then click on ‘Current Enrolment Details’
  5. Click on the ‘View my enrolment advice’ link.

Print your enrolment advice to ensure that your enrolment is correct. Immediate arrangements should be made with CBS Student Services to have your enrolment corrected if changes are required.

2. Make enrolment changes

Enrolment amendment appointment times will be sent to you via Oasis (in an OCC message). Come to building 407, room 208 where a Student Advisor will give you advice on changing your Major or any of your units. You will be given an Enrolment Variation form to complete.

3. Use the 'Plan your Timetable' tool (optional)

After you have enrolled you can use Plan your timetable, a useful tool to assist you in choosing your classes before you register (you cannot register for classes using the tool - it is for planning only).

4. Register your units into classes

All CBS students are required to register through eStudent.  Follow the class registration directions

5. Note important dates

Make a note in your diary of CBS important dates and the Curtin Academic calendar for enrolments, fees, semesters, holidays, exams and graduations.
