Curtin Growth Masterclass

This program is developed specifically for graduates of Curtin Growth Owner.

In response to ongoing requests from many of our successful Growth Program graduates, Curtin Growth launched Growth Masterclass in October 2007.

Completing the Growth Owner program fundamentally changes the way many of our graduates go about doing business – one of the most common things participants tell us is that they view the Growth Owner program as one of the best investments they ever made!

But many participants also tell us that they did NOT like the sense of standing still after graduating – they missed:

  • the stimulation of regularly learning more about how to make their business more successful
  • sharing both advice and support with a group of business owners and senior managers facing similar challenges on a day to day basis
  • regularly getting out of the office and focusing on “working on the business” rather than getting caught only “working in the business”. 


Growth Masterclass focuses on the key areas that graduates have told us they need to know more about to further improve the success of their businesses after having completed Growth Owner.     

Structure of Program

Curtin Growth Masterclass comprises 10 full day comprehensive workshops, run on a monthly basis over a 12 month period. Group sizes are approx 20-24 participants to ensure interaction and maximum learning opportunities.

Program Outline

Curtin Growth Masterclass takes 20-24 of the best graduates of the Growth Owner Program and puts them in a room with an outstanding presenter with extensive real-world experience.  The focus is on developing their expertise in managing one of the key areas that directly impacts on their ongoing success.  Maximise the opportunities for learning through carefully-designed content and providing them with effective management tools to take back to their businesses.  As importantly, there will be many opportunities to learn from each other, to share joint knowledge, insights, support and experiences.
