DEBII Scholarships

Digital Ecosystems and Business Intelligence Institute invites applications from those wishing to pursue a Vacation Scholarship and Work Experience program. The areas of work experience/internship offered in DEBII research institute are the underlying technologies for business, industry, government, social networking and environment:

  • Cyber Engineering
  • Human Space Computing
  • Business intelligence and domain applications including Business, Health, Environment, Education and Humanities.

DEBII offer several categories of Scholarship / Internships:
  1. Work experience program
    Applicants, of any citizenship, who have completed year 12 or are currently undergraduates in science and engineering degree studies, can apply DEBII work experience / internship program. DEBII's is open at any time for a minimum of 12 weeks with work experience stipend of $1500 and a certificate.

  2. Undergraduate scholarship
    DEBII also offers a total of AUD$20,000 over 4 years for Computer Engineering related degrees or ICT students to any Schools at any Universities in West Australia . (Conditions apply).

  3. First class Honours or a Masters degree students
    Applicants of any citizenship, who have first class Honours or a Masters degree, can apply for DEBII stipend, and scholarship up to $25,000 per year for three years.

  4. ARC scholarships (Australia Research Council)
    For applicants who are Australia residents only, DEBII also offers ARC (Australia Research Council) scholarships valued at AUD $25,000 per year for three years

  5. Top up awards and Stipends
    The Institute also offers various stipends and top-up awards to candidates who demonstrate strong research capability after the commencement of the PhD and valued at around AUD$5000.
