11- 12 October 2008 at Rottnest Island
About the Program
You will take part in the Rottnest Challenge - a problem solving exercise where you will face challenges, make decisions, and show initiative and willingness to explore options.
Day One will commence with a series of activities at the Kingstown Barracks. Challenges involve working in a tunnel at the beach, on the water or in the forest., where you will be required to set up a complex sequence of events to complete the activities.
Day Two will involve participants reflecting on the personal challenges each has faced, identifying areas of strength and analysing the 'out of comfort zone' experiences. Focusing on aspects of career development strategies, options are explored for identifying moves into the new and unknown.
