Welcome to the School of Information Systems.

A career in information systems/information technology is worth considering: four of the five fastest growing jobs requiring a Bachelors degree are in information systems and information communications technology, and because of demand and the knowledge and skills needed, these jobs are in the top 25% of salaries.

The School of Information Systems will give you the technical knowledge and business skills needed to excel in your career. All our programs are focused on integrating theory with practice.

We ensure that our courses are kept in line with the technological needs of business and industry through an Advisory Committee, represented by members from the Australian Computer Society (ACS) and major employer groups.

Our academic staff are highly qualified, experienced and dedicated to teaching and research. They work closely with business and participate in the activities of the ACS. We are very proud of our international reputation in research led by recognised researchers in the School.

Curtin Business School has state of the art computer labs and equipment and as a student at the School of Information Systems you will have access to these facilities.
