Public Relations Student Chapter

The Public Relations Student Chapter

If you're already a member of the Public Relations Student Chapter (PRSC), you may be familiar with the benefits of being a part of this organisation – to begin with, you have taken the first step in kick starting your career in PR.

This year the PRSC has already seen some positive changes – the student chapter is set to be bigger and better than ever. Led by a new, dedicated and motivated committee, the PRSC promises an array of exciting opportunities sure to impress. Some of the many advantages offered to PRSC members in 2008 include opportunities for valuable work experience, regular networking and social events and affiliations with Young Guns and the Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA).

The PRSC is only $5 to join for Guild members, and is the most worthwhile decision for any public relations student. Keep an eye on the PRSC notice board on level 2 in building 402 for up-to-date information on up-coming events and opportunities.

As a PR student, the PRSC is your gateway, your representation in the professional world of public relations.
