Welcome to the School of Marketing

The School of Marketing at Curtin is one of the largest and most comprehensive marketing schools in Australia and is known for the unsurpassed quality of its customer-focused teaching and research.

Our objective is to maintain and solidify our position of advantage in teaching and research. The School intends to remain at the leading edge of new conceptual and methodological developments and to provide innovative, quality teaching for present and future practitioners.

We have a particular strength in the dynamic arena of marketing communications. Unlike many comparable universities, Curtin’s School of Marketing incorporates the disciplines of advertising and public relations alongside marketing itself. In line with global industry trends, we integrate the study of advertising, marketing and public relations offering a range of innovative double majors and cross-disciplinary courses. We also emphasise such critical growth areas as electronic marketing, international marketing, retail marketing, sales management and services marketing, each of which is highly regarded in the industry. Students may also combine their marketing studies with other major business disciplines including management, finance and business information systems.
